Jay the sales manager was a bit pushy and gave me misinformation about obtaining a purchase agreement. Richard, internet sales was a bit dismissive over the phone. We visited a total of 6 different dealers (4 of which were Toyota) while shopping for a 2013 Rav4. In the process of looking, we met many car sales men. Of all the dealers visited, Tal Mal Rai was the were Toyota) while shopping for a 2013 Rav4. In the process of looking, we met many car sales men. Of all the dealers visited, Tal Mal Rai was the best! Tal was never pushy, angry when we didn't walk away with a car the first time, and never forced us to sign anything we were not pleased with. He would even smile throughout the entire price negotiation! After visiting all the dealerships, we opted to pay an additional $500 just so that he would get the credit. We figured our money should go to the nicest individual we dealt with. Every dealership offered nice incentives, but at the end of the day, it all came down to how well we were treated as customers. The fact that he took the time to show us so many different vehicles really made us comfortable with knowing we were walking away with just the perfect one. We will definitely be recommending future friends to him. More
