We recently bought a new truck and had a horrible experience when we went in to purchase it. My husband had been to the dealership (Grand Kia GMC) previously to check out the truck and was told that experience when we went in to purchase it. We made an appointment to buy the truck and 4 hours later..... The purchase of the car at Stevinson went much smoother. They had us out of there (including test driving the car and meeting with finance) in 2.5 hours. Evitt was great and while we were waiting to meet with Brad in Finance, we jokingly asked him if he would wash the truck. He asked for the keys and had it washed! Even though Stevinson Toyota Scion East is in Aurora and much further from where we live, we will gladly return to purchase a vehicle in the future. Great people and a great experience. More

Positives: We were greeted by the general manager and who then gave us to Sean Thomas. Sean was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Joey was also extremely helpful and drove all night to pick up ou then gave us to Sean Thomas. Sean was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Joey was also extremely helpful and drove all night to pick up our car in another area. (I was looking for a specific color and interior for a 2013 Toyota Highlander.) Because of this I was able to pick up my car on a Saturday afternoon instead of having to wait until Monday evening. Sean was with a customer when we came to pick up the car and Joey was extremely patient and helpful in going over all interior details one more time, such as Bluetooth, etc. When we came in to sign the lease papers we did have to wait about 15 minutes without being told why but once the Finance Manager came out he explained he was short handed due to flu and there was another customer in ahead of us - once in everything went very smoothly. We gave the Customer Service Rating "Good", rather than "Great" because Sean did not have authority for any negotiation. This resulted in a lot of time waiting on answers, both at the store and waiting on texts, emails or phone calls. Sean replied promptly, however, concerning all matters for which he did have authority. More

I bought my car last year from Joseph Conklin and promised him I would be back again. He is a wonderful person and a joy to work with and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. I also had the pleasure to work with Sean who not only helped with my daughter while Joseph and I were looking at cars but also had some great insight on what was best for my needs. When I finally made the decision to purchase another Toyota Corolla 2014 this time. I was treated by all the gentleman I checked off. Each and every guy made the experience a great experience. I am a full believer that its the person that sells the product not the car. I must say Joseph directed me to the right vehicle for my needs and my family's needs and he is a shining star. I worked with Jeremy Young in my search for a four-wheel drive vehicle. Jeremy was extremely helpful throughout the process.
