We were referred to Jeremy by a friend and had made an appointment to look at a car. The vehicle we wanted to test was already on another test drive with another customer, but Jeremy offered another vehic appointment to look at a car. The vehicle we wanted to test was already on another test drive with another customer, but Jeremy offered another vehicle with the same make and model. We were going back and forth between colors and models and Jeremy was very quick to offer his help to search for the right one. During the whole process of the sale he was patient, thorough and truly wanted us in the car that was right for us. Joseph was great. He was very friendly and he came across as very honest - seeking out answers if he didn't have them, rather than making them up. As I fill out this survey, I am waiting on a couple of deliverables that weren't handled before I took possession. Joseph has been in contact a couple of times since my purchase, so I'm fairly confident they will come through. I wasn't so impressed with the work of the dealerships windshield vendor, which hurt my overall experience a little. I would also encourage Joseph and Sean to "trust, but verify" the work of their counterparts...the detailing they promised, lacked in detail. The dealerships technology in processing the sale is VERY dated and seemed as frustrating for the employees as it was for me as a customer. Mark in finance did his best to make the experience pleasant, though. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back. More
