We had amazing experience at Stevenson Toyota East service. Flying home from a long trip we found our car was a home to a rodent or rodents that ate all of our wiring in the engine. Our car would not service. Flying home from a long trip we found our car was a home to a rodent or rodents that ate all of our wiring in the engine. Our car would not start. I call Stevenson East and Jeremy got us in to look at the car that day. Unfortunately it would need an entire new wiring harness and we would have to leave it for a while. I turn out to be covered by our insurance and Jeremy expedited the entire transaction with the insurance and was able to get it in the repair mode within a couple days. He then kept me updated to date with how the service was going. He also paid for an Uber to the bus station so we could go home the day we dropped it off. A few more days of repairs and we were heading down to get our car with a new electrical harness. Jeremy was so nice and helpful throughout the entire repair and it was finished in a timely fashion. Brought my car there at 9am came to pick it up at 1pm when they told me to come back and they car still wasn’t ready yet. Then told me to come back end of day. Came back at 5pm and no work done on my car when they told me to come back and they car still wasn’t ready yet. Then told me to come back end of day. Came back at 5pm and no work done on my car. Waste of my whole day. I brought the car to them to change my back breaks and they couldn’t follow through with it. As I was waiting for my car to be brought up to me they where still taking cars to fix them up. I spoke with the manager the first time I returned to see if I can borrow a car and he told me that they had no cars to give out. Horrible and poor service. They couldn’t help me out in no way except to get me and uber home. Waste of my time and I still don’t understand why they couldn’t change my breaks. More
