Mark went right to work and found us the exact truck we wanted where many others had failed. I am a very detailed oriented person who wants straight answers. Mark shot straight with clear, accurate and concise answers. When he didn't know the answer, he said so and researched to get the right answer building trust along the way. The other thing Mark had the confidence to do was give me the space to review the options with my wife. Lauren dislikes the car buying process and only wants to be there for the close. Mark made it very low pressure and respectful. Not only did we want the right truck, but we wanted a great price. I had completed lots of primary research and knew what my target numbers were. I was even ready to sell my 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport to a private party to maximize my deal. Mark helped me work through a trade-in deal which saved me over $600 on taxes. I probably could have pinched another couple hundred bucks, but in the end it was a GREAT deal and we were very happy. Didn't think I would buy a car that day... I stopped by this Toyota dealership to check out a 4 Runner and was immediately greated by Joseph Conklin. He was engaging and wanted to know exactly I stopped by this Toyota dealership to check out a 4 Runner and was immediately greated by Joseph Conklin. I had done some research on a few SUV's before coming but certainly didn't think I would leave with a car that day. He didn't push me or try to sell me something I didn't need or want. The car was exactly what I was looking for and he just had to point that out! He listened and was able to get me top dollar for my trade as well as going to bat for me when negotiating a monthly payment on the lease. Overall, the customer service he provided was impeccable and I will definitely be coming back when the lease is up! More

I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla! We were so fortunate to be greeted by Dan Conklin who quickly called another dealership to check on availability of other vehicles in my price range. Bingo! The Stevinson Toyota East Dealership had a used vehicle that may fit our needs. We drove to Denver and met the salesman who happened to be Dan’s brother, Joey who was not anything like a typical pushy salesman, and neither was his brother. We were so thankful for that. The used vehicle I test drove was what I was looking for but I wasn’t sold on it, so Joey started asking some questions to get a feel for just what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. Joey took the time to present several options to me and answer my many questions. No pressure, no sales pitch. Joey helped me understand a vehicle purchase, lease, and the many different options I had to purchase the vehicle outright or finance. He offered me options within options that met my comfort level. Joey fought for me to get the best price. This was all about me. It wasn’t about just making a sale. Joey worked with Aaron Cassell who was just as professional, cordial, and experienced.
