New Car experience, my 1st Toyota I was in the market for a new car, I have had the same vehicle for the past 14 years. I wanted a Prius and did my research on-line to get an ide I was in the market for a new car, I have had the same vehicle for the past 14 years. I wanted a Prius and did my research on-line to get an idea of the features and price. The cars that were on the website that were in my price range were already sold. (2013) Allison was the only one that approached me and asked if I had been helped, She was very welcoming and easy to talk to, she help me understand the different types of Prius', we test drove the one I eventually got. I really like the dealership as a whole, even with the time it takes to get all of the paperwork done, it was a very pleasant environment. Showing me the service department, working with Mark Johnson in Finance. Chuck even helped detail my car to get me out faster, and then spent time showing me all of the bells and whistles on this beautiful Prius. Exceeded My Expectations! I was so pleased with my experience here at Stevinson East. I purchased my used truck on Memorial Day weekend and was treated so well by my sales agen I was so pleased with my experience here at Stevinson East. I purchased my used truck on Memorial Day weekend and was treated so well by my sales agent, Charles. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. My husband and I came into the dealership on our guard, since car salesmen tend to have a bad rep with being pushy and dull. Not so with Charles, and probably true for the rest of the sales guys here! Even after the vehicle was purchased and the papers were signed, Charles made sure that Stevinson took care of installing tire pressure monitoring devices on all of the wheels (they were missing and causing the TPMS light to stay on). They had Discount Tire do this for me, and Stevinson covered the bill. They did not have to do this, but the fact that they did - with no hassle - made me truly convinced that this is a car dealership I will return to in the future. My only complaint was with the finanace guy, Mark Johnson, but after receiving a call from the GM to discuss my concerns I am considering my displeasure with Mark as water under the bridge. Great company! I will recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. More
