I take my car there for regular service. This time they broke air box and didn’t bother to tell me until I asked why it took more than 2 hrs from the appointment time for regular service. They then, told me the part is out & will call me within 3 business days. They never did so I called after a week. They apologized and one department blamed the other. Gave me an appoint for about 45 Minute work. I waited for more than 4 hrs before I got my car back. It sacked. More
