Service Assistant Samantha was polite and professional, but overall it was a loss. 1 out of 3 task were completed, an oil change at a great price of $30. Task 2 could not balance 20” wheel/35” tires. Task but overall it was a loss. 1 out of 3 task were completed, an oil change at a great price of $30. Task 2 could not balance 20” wheel/35” tires. Task 3 update/upgrade Toyocare Navigation separate $80 purchase install. Service manager Kevin said needed to know Navigation map expiration date. Why asking me, go find out. Stevinson, Aurora, CO is always just a big disappointment. Best part I only lost my valuable personal time and cost of oil change. Beware of Toyota App purchases. I still need to get my $80 refunded. The dealership is nice, the service was on spot, but they always lose my hub caps on my Tacoma truck, every time I get a tire rotation and/or alignment...then when I call to see if they have it I get no resp always lose my hub caps on my Tacoma truck, every time I get a tire rotation and/or alignment...then when I call to see if they have it I get no response.had truck in on Fri, called yesterday,today and nothing.. hopefully Monday I'll hear something or I have to leave work to go in person to deal with this situation...not a good thing More

Austin was the perfect salesman to work with. I chose not to come into the dealership as I had already knew what I wanted as far as vehicle went. I asked him to work with me through text and call I chose not to come into the dealership as I had already knew what I wanted as far as vehicle went. I asked him to work with me through text and calls to which he obliged. Told him what rates I wanted to be at, and what I brought to the table. He got me where I wanted to be, and from there scheduled a date for finance. Came in and all went smooth. This is how every dealership salesman should operate. I would 10/10 recommend Stevinson Toyota East. Make sure to ask for Austin Ivey. Not to mention, truck was already ready to take home before I even came in. True white glove service. L More
