Not the typical car buying experience. I got several quotes over email from all of the Denver area Toyota dealers on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma Double-Cab TRD Off-Road. It came down to two dealer I got several quotes over email from all of the Denver area Toyota dealers on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma Double-Cab TRD Off-Road. It came down to two dealerships and I scheduled appointments to come see the truck and do a test drive. First stop, Toyota Autonation. We did the test drive and everything was going well until they brought out the price sheet. The total price was several thousand dollars over what I was originally quoted. And so began the typical car buying game with Autonation trying to rip us off at every turn. We threatened to leave, they lowered the price... and so on. We finally did leave Autonation and I'm glad we did. Our next stop was Stevinson Toyota East. They had quoted us the same price on the vehicle as Autonation. That's where the similarity ended. When we arrived at Stevinson, the truck I was interested in buying was sitting right out front and was cleaned and ready for me to test drive. The Salesman we worked with, Jeremy Young greeted us and we went for a quick test drive. We worked with Jeremy and easily negotiated a great deal on the Tacoma and fair price for our trade in. Not once during the process did they threaten us with the "now only" deal xx or try to trick us into buying unwanted warranties or accessories. At the end of the day, Autonation and Stevinson had offered us about the same price for the Tacoma. We choose Stevinson simply because the customer service and experience was light years ahead of Autonation. Way to go Jeremy! More

His finance manager was not, very unprofessional, rude and didn't care. Not even willing to work. Overall experience, fair, could be a lot better. Would not recommend to friends or family when they can go else where and experience good customer service. More

Although we didn't end up finding the best deal at Stevinson, both of us walked away saying that Jeremy was one of the friendliest, most honest, least pushy, and generally knowledgeable car salesmen we've ever worked with. We would definitely come back to Stevinson again, just knowing that we could expect the kind of expertise, honesty, and service that Jeremy provided. Jeremy obviously didn't ask us to send this review, but if you're heading in to Stevinson, Jeremy was just great. More

A few weeks ago, I started contacting several dealerships in my q I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport this weekend and drove away a happy man. A few weeks ago, I started contacting several dealerships in my quest for a new truck. No dealership had as much dedication and promise as Stevinson Toyota, specifically my salesman, Evitt Hodge. From the first phone call, Evitt followed through with an email and a quote. No sales-pitch, no desperation. Every time I spoke with Evitt, he was right on top of my requests. I traded in a vehicle and he worked with me to get what I needed. When I showed up, my truck was waiting, shiny and clean. My wife and I were there for only a couple hours from start to finish and I drove away a happy man. Thanks for your friendly service, Evitt! More
