My parents handled the first half (i.e., the harder half) of the process because I was out of town. They told me that they felt like they were being treated very respectfully and fairly, and I know that they were driving a hard bargain on my behalf. When I met Jeremy just a couple days later to make the purchase, I saw what they saw. He was knowledgable about all parts of the process and honest and fair in negotiations. I bought a Scion tC. I bought a Scion tC from this dealership from Allison, and she helped me with everything in a nice and orderly manner. Had terrific experience there from start to finish. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Working with Joe was very enjoyable as he knew his vehicles well and offered us lots of information regarding our options of leasing vs. buying. He was in no rush to try and close the deal, rather wanted to ensure we were happy with the purchase. He also helped us with a minor follow-up problem by coming out to our house the next day to resolve the matter. I would highly recommend both Mr. Conklin as well as the entire dealership at Stevenson East!! More
