One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had My wife and I stopped by the Stevenson's East location on Thursday June 11, 2015. We had been talking about replacing her 2002 Sienna. We were greet My wife and I stopped by the Stevenson's East location on Thursday June 11, 2015. We had been talking about replacing her 2002 Sienna. We were greeted by Allison Maxon and Josalyn. We sat down and we were asked what it was we were looking for. We ended up out on the lot looking at the inventory the was available. My wife knows what she wants an won't settle for less. The car she wanted was not on the east lot, so they did a search and found what she wanted at the west location. We test drove the modle we wanted, but it wasn't the color she wanted and decided it met our requirements. We did a short negotion on the price, until we felt good about the deal. The ladies left with the vehicle we test drove and went over to the west location and picked up our Sky Blue Pearl 2015 Sienna LE, and in rush hour traffic drove it back to the east location for detailing. While they were doing that, we finished up with the very freindly and knowledgeable Finance Manager, Raj. We left the dealership in less the 3 hours and at 8:30 that evening, the ladies, Allison and Josalyn delivered our new van to our home. They spent time with my wife showing her the specific features she had questions about and set-up her blue-tooth for her IPhone. Overall, the exoerience was great and we love our new van. More
