Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla from Peak Kia, and wish I had purchased the car from Stevinson Toyota. When I purchased the car from P I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla from Peak Kia, and wish I had purchased the car from Stevinson Toyota. When I purchased the car from Peak Kia I unfortunately needed my car to be serviced immediately. I didn't realize at the time of purchase that my keyless entry lock receiver needed to be replaced- I was told that my key fob just needed to be reprogramed. Huge difference! Anyway, I took it to Stevinson Toyota and I worked with Eric Bankston. He is awesome! He gave me solid advice and Peak Kia ended up fronting the bill on my keyless entry lock receiver. Unfortunately, I also found out my brake pads and rotors needed replacement. Since I've only owned the car for a week, I have called and emailed Peak Kia for 4 days and no one has returned my calls or emails. I am so impressed by Stevinson Toyota's friendly service and professionalism. They even ran my car through the wash after they finished my repair. My boyfriend will be purchasing a car in the near future and based upon the level of service I received from their Service Department, we are going to consider them for a purchase. It's refreshing to be treated as a valued customer, an experience I didn't receive at Peak Kia. They have won a life-long customer and brand champion in me. Thanks Stevinson, I appreciate you! More

Sneaky and untrustworthy BEWARE OF SNEAKY, DECEPTIVE SERVICE WRITERS!!!!!!! I contacted the service dept and scheduled my vehicle in for recall and inspection issues. I info BEWARE OF SNEAKY, DECEPTIVE SERVICE WRITERS!!!!!!! I contacted the service dept and scheduled my vehicle in for recall and inspection issues. I informed the writer that was all I needed. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle I told the writer I had an appointment and he went and retreived the work order. When he asked me to sign the order it was discovered that a oil change, filter change, etc., was added on by the first writer (who I scheduled the appointment with). The new service writer crossed that off. I don't know if this is Stevinson's normal mode of operation or not but, in my opinion, this was a blatant attempt to turn a quick buck at my expense. SHAME ON YOU STEVINSON TOYOTA! My advice to anyone who would still utilize them is SCRUTINIZE any and all paperwork/work order(s before signing or you may find out you had work done that you didn't want or need. There are several other trustworthy dealerships out there. More
