Customer Service After the Sale Needs Improvement Tried since late 2014 to get the car we wanted at a reasonable price through multiple dealerships within our SE Toyota Region and could not. So we took to online searching and found Stevinson Toyota had the car we wanted at a great price. Even paying for out of State transport of the car we got a better deal than we could locally. Being an out of State deal everything went smoothly without any problems. However; the service after the sale was unsatisfactory. Therefore. we felt we had to edit our initial rating due to some after the sale issues we encountered. We were informed the car would be cleaned up for delivery. However, upon delivery the inside of the car has a large oily stain across the back slip pocket on the drivers side, scuff marks on the seal plates and lower corners of the rear seats, leaves on both sides of the front floorboard as well as dust with a few little nat like bugs on the dash and center console. This could not have occurred during the enclosed carrier transport being no additional miles were on the car & there were no passengers in it. So this was either totally neglected before shipment pick up or the detail shop needs some additional training. Apparently the State of Colorado requires a front plate & our State does not which we were unaware. Therefore, when we removed the front license plate bracket which was attached by 4 two inch long bolts which left 4 disfiguring holes in what was a beautiful grille. We were offered some plugs for the holes; however the plugs were not official Toyota parts nor would they match the 2 holes in the lower mesh portion of the grille. We had hope the dealership would replace the grille but they would not and we even offered to pay half and still we got a no. So as far as customer service after the sale goes there appears to be room for improvement. And perhaps there should be some policy put in place to provide clarification for out of State buyers of any such State to State differences before finalizing the sale of a car to a customer you know has not actually seen the car in person. However, upon contacting the CEO office of Toyota USA we were provided satisfactory resolutions for these issues. More

Very unprofessional When I was negotiating price for my car. I gave them the price I desire to pay. I told him what happened; this is very unprofessional for management team member to make unprofessional comment. After listening to me. He said he don't want to sell me the car because I complain about his team. I was surprised to know they only wants to see itam to those who are willing to write a good/ 5* reviews for them.
