The bodywork that was done on the vehicle was of poor quality. 2. Some of the software features on the vehicle did not work properly, Synch software needed to be updated, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth did not work. 3. My main concern was a "safety" issue. The sensor that controls the Emergency Braking System and Advanced Cruise Control was not working properly, potentially leading to an accident. I don't believe that the vehicle was sold to me intentionally in this condition, but the vehicle checkout and preparation process was not performed very effectively. More
I have been using this dealership for service for about 25 years and the service has always been excellent. I just had my 85000 mile scheduled service and my service person Juan Mejia gave me really great 25 years and the service has always been excellent. Great Service writer, Juan M, accommodated an off-site tire storage delivering 4 summer tires on rims, arranging an Uber to deliver us home, until service could be accomplished. Employees are wonderful to work with but the system is broken. Our keys were lost. They were not sure if our car was ready. It wasn’t. We took car in at 8:30 and finally got it back at 4:30.
