Preston Mink and Andre (? )were very professional and courteous salespeople. I did buy the car "as-is", however was disappointed in a few things: 1. The bodywork that was don )were very professional and courteous salespeople. I did buy the car "as-is", however was disappointed in a few things: 1. The bodywork that was done on the vehicle was of poor quality. 2. Some of the software features on the vehicle did not work properly, Synch software needed to be updated, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth did not work. 3. My main concern was a "safety" issue. The sensor that controls the Emergency Braking System and Advanced Cruise Control was not working properly, potentially leading to an accident. I don't believe that the vehicle was sold to me intentionally in this condition, but the vehicle checkout and preparation process was not performed very effectively. More

Employees are wonderful to work with but the system is broken. Our keys were lost. They were not sure if our car was ready. It wasn’t. We took car in at 8:30 and finally got it back at 4:30.
