Oh what a relief to work with Toyota! My husband and I checked out several different dealerships before buying our Toyota RAV4 and it was getting to be an unwelcome chore... Raj was willing to work with me over the phone, as I was unable to get to the dealership right away. He was courteous, prompt with his responses and fair. Overall I had good experience at Toyota Stevinson East. Mr. Archambault and K.B. were really friendly and they tried to help me get my car even though Toyota is not my fav and the one I desired! Our initial visit was to price a car for a future buy. Mr. Jeff Stevens greeted us with a smile and was very courteous, friendly and patient. Jeff took the time to explain all of the details of the purchase and came up with purchase plan that was within our budget and agreeable with the management staff at Stevison Toyota. Jeff was knowledgeable about the products we were considering (Camry or Avalon). Jeff took the time to locate a Camry in the color, year and style that we wanted and explained how delivery would work as the product was not currently in stock (2012 model). We were looking to get a camry as we felt it to be the better fit for our budget, but really liked the Avalon. Jeff worked a plan for us which we had never considered, that would put the Avalon within our budget. Once the purchase was completed Jeff took the extra time to sit with us and go over all of the features of the vehicle. Finally, before we left he invited us to attend the new owners dinner which was also very helpful in helping us to understand the proper care and maintenance of our new vehicle. His customer service skills are ourstanding and I would recommend his services to other patrons of Stevison Toyota. More
