I searched the web for my next vehicle for a week, and found that I was drawn to the 2007 Honda Accord. I compared prices with all of the regular stuff, (Mileage, Features, Engine, Wheels,etc). We first contacted Stevinson by phone to inquire about a vehicle posted on the website, and I spoke with Youssef. I already had a good feeling just speaking with him on the phone. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and when I arrived Youssef, and the car, were waiting out front for me. I had two small children with me and he was more than accomodating. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, professional, courteous and honest. He made it clear that his goal was for me to be satisfied with the experience whether I purchased the car or not. I did purchase, and felt that the offer was fair and the manager was good to deal with. The one thing that stood out through the entire experience was the complete lack of sales pressure. I just recently purchased a new Scion XD from Tim Petro and have been pleased with my experience. When I first went by the dealership to look at new cars I was driving my old 98 Ford and one salesman just and have been pleased with my experience. I went back that evening and Tim met me with a great smile and a kind voice. He showed me the car I looked at that morning, sold me, and stayed late in order that I would have the car that night to drive home. I gave Mark a perfect review for several reasons. Me and my wife ordered a new 2012 Camry that arrived on time and exactly what we wanted. When I arrived at the dealership Mark was very professional and helpful. He answered any and all the questions that I had. The process from start to finish took about 1 hour which was an A+. Everyone at the dealership provided excellent customer service from start to finish. When it came to sign the paper work that was about 5min process with no surprises. I would have to say the price that I purchased this car for was a steal, I also feel I received a fair price on the trade considering my wife's car was not in the best shape. I would absolutely recommend Mark and Stevinson Toyota East to anyone that is looking for a great and not your typical car shopping experience. More
