Our experience at Stevinson Toyota was far more pleasant than we had anticipated. Everyone is well aware of the stereotypical car salesman and predatory dealership out to capitalize upon inordinate interest than we had anticipated. Everyone is well aware of the stereotypical car salesman and predatory dealership out to capitalize upon inordinate interest rates and obscene down payments, but Stevinson Toyota disposed of that myth in no time at all. From the commencement of negotiations, we were offered truth as opposed to pitch, and when our salesman, Charles Clarke IV, was unable to reach a deal suitable to our needs, he was straightforward, and asked us to return in the morning so that he would have an opportunity to speak with the general manager to achieve the deal we wanted and needed. He held his word, and the next morning, we drove off in our new Rav 4. We were grateful for the honesty, and even more grateful for his follow-through. The car-buying experience was pretty jovial from the beginning, and I can't help but say I felt we met some decent people. xxxx, Charles even bought my wife a latte from Starbucks and ran down a Red Bull for myself during the process.
