I was called by Stevinson Toyota after my Highlander was detailed. Bernadetta stated that if we could come to an agreement, they would like to purchase my Highlander. I contacted Stevinson Toyota about getting the Prius C before it had even hit the showrooms. I just received some news that I was going to spend much of my future years in Phoenix AZ. I had purchased a 2007 4Runner (Black) from this dealership some years ago, and was extremely happy with my 4Runne of my future years in Phoenix AZ. I drove into your dealership late one evening looking for what you had available in a used Tacoma, and out comes Kevin. I thought I wasn't really ready to talk to anyone and just wanted to look, but Kevin's approach was personable. I explained to him that I was interested in a 'White' Tacoma and he said that he would help me get into the vehicle of my choice. He called me the next day and explained what was available and information regarding my trade in. Later that afternoon, we test drove a 2008 V6 4x4 White Tacoma and the deal was done. My experience working with Kevin was Awesome! He is very experienced, knowledgable, quick, and personable. Our car buying experience was very positive and working with Youssef was wonderful. There was no pressure and he was very patient and accommodating as we ran him silly checking out the different Prius mod with Youssef was wonderful.
