I have worked with Dave Lottie for over 12 years (I used to go to Burt) and have found him to be excellent. I remembered that the wrong service record was up about ten minutes after I got there and went to tell Dave. He had already noted the discrepancy and brought up the correct service record. Now that is knowing your customers. Bubba has been working on our service for about six years and he has been nothing but outstanding. I believe that these two gentlemen are the best service reps I have ever worked with. This is the reason I drive 20 miles from unincorporated Jefferson County to have my vehicles serviced at Stevinson East. More

Canh is a great service rep. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The best thing about Canh is that unlike a lot of other places you might take your car, Canh never pressures you to purchase services that you don't need and never tries to take advantage of your inexperience with cars to get you to buy things you don't need. Everything was checked out and done in one day. I rented a car and Toyota made it so easy to get to and from the dealership.
