We arrived shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 4/13/12. Don't know exact time but no later than 2:45 we told Roger we wanted the RAV4 that we had just taken for a short drive. Brad gave us a good price but was working with several other people. Between a loooong wait for Finance (Jim finally assisted us and was very fast and efficient in getting us in and out of Finance.) And a long wait for the car to washed and filled with gasoline, we did not get out of there until 6:00 p.m. Roger was with us constantly, except when he would check on Finance and car being ready. He went over points of the car before we left. Our huge complaint is the time it took from choosing car to time we were able to drive away. The waiting and waiting and waiting was frustrating and aggravating. We have used Stevinson Toyota for 30 years and this was first time we almost walked out without buying the car we can for. More
