We came in with an idea of our budget and the dealership was able to cut what we expected to pay significantly. Many employees went out of their way to talk to us and make sure everything was going well. Every person was friendly and they were often fun to talk to! The only complaint that we had was we had a long wait, over an hour, until we could fill out paperwork. However, a few employees took advantage of that time to get to know us. A very good car buying experience. Quick and easy, Mark was very courteous and my car was waiting for me to test drive when I drove up to the dealership. The transaction was quick and simple but I didn't feel rushed or hurried even tho the showroom was quite busy at the time (I paid cash, I'm sure a finance deal would've understandably taken longer). The design of this survey isn't so good. First I have to fill in something in this box even tho I've already answered all the questions above. "25 words or more", what the xxxx is that? Then I have to create yet another login/password that I'm sure I'll forget within the hour. It's taking me more time to do this survey than it did to buy the car.
