Prior to this purchase, the last 4 vehicles I have purchased have been on-line transactions via ebay because the car purchasing experience was much less painful on-line, and the negotiations much easi purchased have been on-line transactions via ebay because the car purchasing experience was much less painful on-line, and the negotiations much easier via e-mail, vs. the back and forth between the salesperson "the manager" and myself ~ just couldn't deal with the games. I contacted Mark (Internet Sales) at Stevenson East because I was interested in buying a new Prius and in this instance I had a vehicle I wanted to trade. I kept my communications via e-mail, giving Mark the details of my trade, and Mark offered to shop my car to get the highest price, which he did! (no games, no BS, no time wasting, no "you have to come see me") Mark actually respected my time, respected me as a legitimate buyer, and went above and beyond to assure the transaction was smooth, clean and professional. What a breath of fresh air! A couple things when buying a car... do your homework! know the trade value of your vehicle before you go to the dealership (kbb.com) and second, work with a salesperson that you can trust, and has a bunch of satisfied customers.
