Tony in finance was unbelieveably competent and equally pleasant. We knew Stevinson was good because we used to own a Sienna and had it serviced there. After dealing with two VW dealers in the area in this week's new-car search, Jeremy and Tony made us feel like we were coming back home to Toyota. We may have broken the record time in going from "maybe we want a Toyota" to driving a new one off the lot--all at the end of a Saturday, their busiest afternoon. Very impressive. We were also impressed with our encounter with the general manager, Bill Stahelin. He saw us in the lot and quickly and politely came out to get us going with Jeremy. Light but effective touch.
