The actual car buying experience was relatively smooth and easy. They have a lot of sales people around so they are pretty attentive to the folks walking around. Only issue that came up was after the fact when the salesperson had made a little incentive deal (free tank of gas) for posting this review, but once I posted it (speaking highly of the experience), he had first wanted me to make sure it was in the current month (as the car was bought the month prior) and insisted that my fiancee also post to this website. After that, I called the dealership to setup an appointment to come for the gas that was promised for the review. The salesperson asked if my fiancee had posted a review, to which I replied that she hadn't because that wasn't part of the deal. I asked him while he was there today if we could get the free gas taken care of and he said not today... After that, I was done caring. Dealership was fine and I'm looking forward to having a Toyota, but the overall experience was drastically lessened in my opinion after this relatively simple part of the agreement seemingly couldn't be met. More

I have purchased three vehicles from Stevinson Toyota in the last few years. That should tell anyone reading this that the dealership does things right! I came in with my granddaughter to trade a somewhat the last few years. That should tell anyone reading this that the dealership does things right! I came in with my granddaughter to trade a somewhat less than perfect 4Runner on a new car. We were greeted by Mark Archambault who treated us with respect and a great deal of knowledge. Total attention was given to my granddaughter's wants and "needs" in a vehicle and no detail was overlooked. Mark was able to provide a trade in amount that allowed us to purchase a new Toyota Corolla, as well. Mark introduced us to all the people my granddaughter would eventually meet when needing service, extras for her car or even free coffee. When the new car rolled up to the showroom door, Elyce Hurd came out to explain all the "bells and whistles" involving operations. Being a teenager, my granddaughter was most interested in the sound system and promptly had the volume up. She loved it! As we all know, purchasing a new car is something most people dread. However, every time I've come to Stevinson, the experience has only gotten better. Mark and Elyce were both instrumental in making sure I'll be back again. They deserve more than a "5". Thank you.
