I own a 2010 Sequoia and have had outstanding service on each of my 3 visits. Dave Lottie was exceptional in taking the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. Even though my normal warranty had expired Dave was able to have my radio replaced at no cost to me since I had my vehicle into the service department (GO Toyota) months prior with no resolution.
