I have just read your commitment from your president and his letter to customers, here I sit for the second day in a row, waiting to hear from your dealership on Havana, as I stated in the past on this and other communications that I purchased a car from your dealership on Havana with the understanding that after I had it checked by a mechanic if the timing belt and water pump had not been replaced I could return it. It was not put in writing, and now your dealership will not stand by their word, because it is not in writing, but I do have a witness, But after all of this,, and reading the letter from your president, I am appalled that you do not stand by your word, that you put your reputation and integrity on the line for a mere and I mean mere 5500 dollars. I want to return the car like i was told I could do, and go on and forget my experience with Stevinson's, I meant Kent one time at the International and I am surprised by this treatment from one of his dealerships I would call someone at your corporate office but I cannot find a number.
