Our sales person Alexi Sandoval was great. Better than any of my past car buying experiences. She was professional, honest, straightforward and efficient. The process ("finance") once it was out of her hands the process was terrible. I was paying cash, the process forced me to sign forms unrelated to a cash purchase. The worst part was the pitch to sell us additional warranty items. Basically we were forced to listen to the following story. The Stevenson finance guy told us he was an owner of a new Tacoma and it had been in the shop for over 45 days and the repairs were not covered by the new vehicle warranty. We were purchasing a 2025 brand new (7 miles) and he told us he was sure we would need the extra warranties and indicated by refusing were being foolish. He as covered on tattoos, while waiting to receive our new vehicle we were eating some lunch and he came over and complained that we did not offer him any food. My biggest issue is the fact I was buying a brand new Toyota and was forced to listen as the Stevenson finale guy told me the vehicle will fail and will not be covered by the Toyota warranty. I want to make sure you know that our sales person Alexi Sandoval was great, our interaction with her was the best car buy experience ever. Without Alexi's professional abilities we would of walked out of the finance guys office (a closet) and not completed the purchase. More
