I really don’t know the dealership working thus far, we really only dealt with the sales and finance departments. All was fine. The finance is quick and the day was long. Probably wouldn’t have purchase really only dealt with the sales and finance departments. All was fine. The finance is quick and the day was long. Probably wouldn’t have purchased the glass protection, but otherwise was very pleased with how the day ended with a new / used 2025 Lexus NX350h. We are very pleased with our purchase. This dealer shop is like an old Chevy dealer. The attention to detail was pathetic. I just paid 500 For a 30k service. I picked up car was about to drive off all 4 tires were under filled.
