Don Wood was extremely helpful and supportive regarding my need for the lease of a new IS 250 Lexus. Although I knew what I wanted going into the dealership, he allowed me the opportunity to test drive th my need for the lease of a new IS 250 Lexus. Although I knew what I wanted going into the dealership, he allowed me the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, answered all of my questions, but was NOT pushy or overly aggressive regarding my decision. I initially wanted one without Navigation, I inquired about it after the fact when we were nearing the finalization of my car; he took the time again, was patient, and showed me the car with Navigation; he even offered to have me take another test drive to understand better how it all worked, but I was pleased enough with what I saw and drove the first time as well as what he explained I didn't need to take it out for another drive. After that, it took no more than 20 minutes to go through the process of my monthly payments, my credit check and ultimately signing the deal and giving them a downpayment; he did have other customers that came in after me but was attentive, informational, and introduced me to the service and finance department people and made certain I knew everything I had to know with regard to them and others involved with my lease as well as what I needed to know about the car, especially the navigation system. While I knew what I wanted going in, even if I decided NOT to get the vehicle when I did, I believe it would not have mattered--I would recommend Don Wood and Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood to ANYONE wishing to purchase or lease a vehicle. They are NOT your typical dealership and Don Wood is NOT your typical dealer--they are/he is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and ultimately make you feel like a "guest" rather than a customer. Look for/ask for Don Wood next time you are at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood--I promise you will be MORE THAN satisfied that you did! More

Considering all the dealers around Denver and the surrounding area, Shelby is what kept bringing me back to Stevinson Lexus. Shelby was very knowledgeable of the Lexus line including years and models. She had all the specifics ready for me on the units I was looking at. While I came in looking for one particular model, Shelby made suggestions on other models that might fit my life style more appropriately. The vehicle I drove away in was a 07 Bamboo Pearl RX-330, Shelby's suggestion, and I just love it!!! When you get the chance to work with Shelby, you won't be disappointed. She treats you like a friend, not just another sale. There was no pressure from her what so every. I visited dealership numerous times, sometimes just showing up and other times, on appointments that Shelby had set up to view some vehicles she had checked out for me.
