The sales people are very professional and are there to answer all of your questions without being to overbearing. I never felt pressured to buy. We didn’t feel any “seller’s” pressure on the contrary Craig gave us all possible options and discussed with his manager the best discounts we could receive. I felt we had “win-win” situation when we finished our commerce. Gary Sanders, who is working together with Craig, met us friendly as well and spent more then hour and a half to explain us every option this car has. Gary was very attentive and patient to answer any question we asked. Gary gave us a worm filling we made a good purchase. The all Lexus of Lakewood’s personnel were very friendly. You can see only smiles and hear “Hi”. We were introduced to the General Manager which wished us “good luck” with our new purchase.
