After 5 years and 75000 miles without a single problem, I traded for a new 2010 GX 460. Again with Mike. In January 2011 I was looking for a preowned vehicle for our Arizona location,and Mike found a 2004 ES 330 in excellent condition. Mike is very professional and I totality trust his knowledge and recommendations. I am looking forward to deal with Mike again,when I am ready to buy my next Lexus. More

Steve has always gone out of his way to make sure I get the right price, terms and flexibility without those last minute suprises that seem to pop up near closing at other dealerships. "Professionals" is the word that comes to mind at Stevinson and they have truly earned my business in the past and for the future. More

The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was headed from our home in Keystone, Colorado to the Denver airport t Department at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was headed from our home in Keystone, Colorado to the Denver airport to pick up our daughter and her family. I made a quick stop at Whole Foods to pick up my fresh turkey and when I came out to my car, I had a flat tire. I drove the couple of blocks to Stevinson Lexus, and dashed into the service office in a state that could only be described as 'panic'. Keith was very good at calming me down and since I had ruined the tire, he had me on my way in a loaner car and I made it to the airport in time! This service went above and beyond and I comment Stevinson Lexus for their outstanding service department. More

Lexus is the best car that money can buy. Part of the reason that is the case is because of their level of customer service. I'm in a high touch customer service business and realized that there are few reason that is the case is because of their level of customer service.
