My husband needed a newer car and we needed it rather quickly. We had already done our research and knew the car we wanted to see. There was no high pressure, no trying to direct us to a different or more expensive car. I really appreciated that, it made the experience much more enjoyable. And Bill got us thru the paperwork portion quickly and painlessly. Brent even met with us before we left, made special arrangements to meet with us the next day to exchange a few other things, and called a few days later to make sure we were happy.
