Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood

I was working with Rob Denniston on a potential sale of my Lexus 400h to Stevinson (which I had originally purchased at Stevinson). We had the normal back and forth over price, etc. and had finally arrive my Lexus 400h to Stevinson (which I had originally purchased at Stevinson). When I contacted Rob to confirm the deal, he told me that the deal was off; no reason, no contact beforehand to explain a change in the situation, no warning, no nothing. He essentially walked away from a deal that was already agreed to, and didn't communicate any of this until he was contacted. His behavior was completely unprofessional and as a repeat buyer at Stevinson, the only thing I can say for sure is that they will never get my business again, and that I look forward to giving a negative referral to my friends and associates whenever the opportunity presents itself. More

Since the advertised car was not in stock, they honored the same price for the same model that had a few more options. We were in a position to leave without leasing a car unless we got the bottom line deal we wanted. The only reason why we rated a 4 for overall experience, was due to the number of times we had to go back and forth with the "four square" sales tactic which kept us there for hours. We were hoping they would offer us a bottom line deal without the runaround, but in the end, we ended up with a great deal which made the time worthwhile. The sale price was honored, the trade-in value we got matched the highest offer we got from another dealer, and the terms of the agreement met our expectations. We are once again happy customers. Brent Turner was very personable and made the experience pleasant while we waited for the transaction to complete. We were happy to have worked with him and would work with him again. Dan Lather gave us the deal we wanted in the end to make the deal and not lose us as customers. We will return when we are ready to start car shopping again. More
