Went in to test drive - drove off in an RX350! I had been test driving several SUV/crossover type vehicles, and stopped by ONLY to test drive an RX350. I've had some pretty poor experiences with other dealerships, so I probably went in with a pretty closed mind. I was very pleasantly surprised how comfortable and unpressured I felt here. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and put me at ease. My salesperson Clem was very informative and friendly. Brian in finance was awesome, and Andrew is a whiz at explaining the functions of my car. This is my first Lexus, and I've never had this comprehensive explanation in each step of the purchase. I would definitely purchase from Stevinson Lexus again! More

He made sure all my questions were answered and that made the whole experience of buying a new car as pleasant as possible. He even personally drove my new car down from Frederick on the day I signed. I absolutely love my Lexus and am very happy with all the extra time and work Steve put into process.
