Let's backtrack for a moment and go over some geography. I'm a customer sitting in suburban Chicago. Stevinson Lexus is in Lakewood, Colorado. I have never been to this dealership yet I wish we had dealers like this in Chicago. Allow me to explain: I received an immediate response and was told that someone already had put a deposit on it and it was on hold. From that point onwards, Mike kept in constant, if not daily, contact with me. On July 8, I was told the lady who initially put down a deposit was flying in to see the car (ironically she was also from Chicago). By July 9, at the end of the day, Mike told me the lady selected another, much more expensive vehicle, and that the car I saw online was mine if I still wanted it. Now, here's what exhibits Mike's total professionalism. He took my deposit to hold the vehicle and waited patiently while I had paperwork processing through my leasing company. Unfortunately, this particular vehicle didn't qualify for their leasing threshold and we had to explore other financing options. Meanwhile, I had no pressure from this dealership. They knew I was trying different options. Mike went above and beyond to make this deal happen. While most people have heard about the high level of service Lexus dealerships are known for, I truly believe that Mike Sanchez exceeded even those lofty Lexus qualities by leaps and bounds. I have been fortunate to have purchased exotics (a certain infamous Italian marque), German luxury cars, and everything this side of a Rolls, but I have never had a better purchase experience than I had with Mike Sanchez. More
