This dealership is good when you are buying. They used to be good with service as well, however, I bought my second car from them in September. I am due for a complimentary service. I have left messages with an AI recording 3 times and messages with sometime who worked in service and also an operator and it’s been over a week and have not had a call back. Apparently ours only important when you are buying something. Very frustrated. Will not buy here again More

My TX 500H was broken into & the rear, passenger side window was broken. I made an appointment to get it replaced and was supposed to get a call to let me know what it would cost. I never heard back, so called the day before my appointment and was told they didn't have my glass. I would have shown up for my appointment (90 min. drive one way) not knowing they couldn't replace my glass. This seems like VERY POOR service to me--especially since they are supposed to have great service. I am VERY unimpressed!! More
