We've been disappointed with the customer service since our purchase and VERY disappointed with the detail we received. The car had supposedly been detailed while we were signing papers. However, my husband spent a good three hours cleaning the car the following day. We found candy and food under the floor mats and the car had a film of dust all over it. We were very disappointed in the "detail" we received and would not spend money or time taking it back there if that's the type of service that's provided. Especially after we drove through the maintenance department and a big deal was made on how Lexus takes pride in the service they do. Another complaint we had was that we called and talked to the assistant general manager to let him know our disappointment in the detail we received and he said the general manager would contact us but we never received a call. We were however very impressed with Heath who handled our financing, he did a great job and made things very easy. More

The only reason I hesitate giving them a 5 star rating is that the car was advertised with after market wheels and new tires. I received the car with stock wheels. I really didn't make a big deal of it because I actually preferred the stock wheels (I bought a used BMW m3, so the stock wheels add value). I just felt they should have disclosed that in our dealings. More

He is friendly, patient and sometimes funny! It was nice talking to him. In terms of getting paper work, things were superfast---- Kasey and Adam Fedak (from financing) helped me here. In terms of selling the car or selling any add-ons (theft code, clear node mask, etc.), Kasey or Adam were not pushy and gave me enough information to make my decision. Since I live somewhat far from the dealership, I had got a rental to go there. After I dropped off the rental near my place, Kasey (who was picking up other customers staying near me) was kind enough to give me a ride back to the dealership-- so that I can take my car. Overall, a very satisfying experience! More
