To top it off-we returned to inquire about a possible trade in and were further insulted by Nate basically saying because we recieved a "great" deal the first round our 6 month old vehicle had lost $12,000 in value. So much for Lexus holding value and customer service. Nate was extremely rude and disrespectful to both my husband and I. We will share our experience and advise friends and family to go else where for Lexus purchases. Extremely dissatisfied! More

Randy Pelligreen helped us with our purchase. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. We never felt any pressure, from our first visit to any of our return visits. We made our decision late in the evening, and Randy, along with Mike Butterfield, and Heath Koldeway, stayed well past closing on a Saturday night to help us finish. I want to add that Mike and Heath were also a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed how Heath took the time to make sure we were satisfied with all the finance and document-related questions we had. You could tell that he honestly wanted to be sure we understood and were satisfied with the answers to our questions. Mike was also genuinely pleasant, and took the time to sit down and answer a slew of other questions we had along the way. While this was our 4th car purchase, this was the first SUV purchase for me. We had a challenging experience with our previous car purchase, and we were both nervous to be going through this again. David was extremely patient in educating me on the different features of the 4 vastly different SUVs we tried. We test drove a 4Runner, a GMC Yukon, an Infinity QX60, and the Lexus GX 460. David explained the differences in each car, and really helped us narrow down our decision. We tried a few others at another dealership, and decided to go with the Lexus GX. His product knowledge of each different car really helped us make the very best purchase for our family's needs. In the buying part of the process, I was extremely nervous. We had an absolute terrible experience with our last car purchase, and I was nervous that we would have the same experience again. Not so. David was again extremely patient and transparent with us, walking us through the nuances of buying a car. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and I left feeling as though we made an educated decision based on clear facts.
