Do not use their service department! They cannot be trusted! Worst experience ever took my car there for an engine light and blue link command that engine had fatal issue! Told the engine needed replaced took 64 days and 2500 car rental and they found a spark plug light and blue link command that engine had fatal issue! Told the engine needed replaced took 64 days and 2500 car rental and they found a spark plug was bad lied to over and over that they were working withs service center in California ! Then told me a spark plug was bad refused to pay for rental car and told me to call Hyundai customer service which said they would cover it then denied it and said a district manager would call and nothing!!DON’at GET CAUGHT by using them you have been warned Hyundai and this dealership just lost a 4 car family that will never buy a car from them again and I will never go to or let anyone I know use a Stevesion dealership as they support this kinda of worthless service! Just don’t do it!! More
I don't know about buying your car here, but DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have had our car for over 2 weeks. At first, it started out well and we heard it would be a few days. It has been over THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have had our car for over 2 weeks. At first, it started out well and we heard it would be a few days. It has been over a week and 5 phone calls later with not one word from them. I had to go in personally to hear what was going on with my car. When I did, the manager, Tim, gave me his card and stated he would call me the next day and tell me what was going on. I waited all day with no call. I called the number he gave me on his card, stating it was his number, only to receive a message that it was a regular line for Hyundai's service department. Steve and Tim could not care less! I understand the delays with trying to deal with Hyundai, but not keeping someone apprised of their situation is just plain rude and lazy! I even told Tim that I understand delays, but all I am asking for is communication when you are trying to handle 2 jobs and a kid in school with one car and/or a short term loaner. Shame on them and I hope they have to deal with the same kind of disrespect in the future, so that they know what it feels like to be helpless. More
I loved my experience at this dealership for several reasons, one, Tanner made time for me as soon as he called this morning and got me out the door with my Fiesta St by the night. 2) they worked with m reasons, one, Tanner made time for me as soon as he called this morning and got me out the door with my Fiesta St by the night. 2) they worked with me on price upon the understanding that as long as my car was fully paid off and I had money towards a small repair it needed, I would drive off the lot in the car, 3) all the guys in numbers and market were so well versed in what they were selling it felt text book. 4) I bought gap insurance and unlike any dealer I’ve dealt with before, this one was ecstatic I bought it because it saves me a lot of agony down the road, should anything go wrong. Without even a close second, this dealership was the easiest to work with, the warranty is priced well, and all the staff stay on the SAME PAGE. Not one person promised me something the other wouldn’t back up. My Fiesta and I thank you guys kindly for getting me out of my Vw. Nick More

They bag you for the good reviews even though you are not happy with them. My car supposedly come with the all weather floor mats. When I got my car it did not....I asked them where my floor mat is. They told me to give them a perfect review score from the Hyundai corp. then I will get it. However, they did not give me a floor mat even I gave them a perfect score. Now I am going to talk to Hyundai corp. about this issue. More
AMAZING DEALERSHIP! !! I was looking for a specific model Elantra N Line for my husbands birthday and found one in transit to Stevinson Hyundai so I called and spoke with !! I was looking for a specific model Elantra N Line for my husbands birthday and found one in transit to Stevinson Hyundai so I called and spoke with one of the sales team, Medi, and made purchase arrangements by phone. Vaughn and Medi with the sales department and Chris with the finance team kept in contact until the car arrived and once they had it on site we made the trip across 3 states to pick it up. Steve and his service team were so great and even did an oil change and wash & vacuum service on our 2022 Santa Fe while we did all our purchase paperwork. The entire car buying experience from A to Z was top notch and seamless! We would recommend Stevinson Hyundai to anyone looking for the ultimate buying experience as the go the extra mile in every way! More

My son went to your parts department on AUGUST 22, 2020 to order a spare tire kit, 2 key fobs, response... Thankfully I have kept good notes too. My son went to your parts department on AUGUST 22, 2020 to order a spare tire kit, 2 key fobs, and a key. Your part department has not contacted my son for a 1 1/2 years( lie #1). 2 weeks ago I called your parts department and they had no idea where the parts were ( lie #2) and said they would get back with me, no call (lie #3). I called them every day until they found the spare tire kit and key fobs, but no key (lie #4). I gave them a few more days and called again. No key. I went on Wednesday morning, 12/15/21, to get the spare tire kit, key fobs and a refund for the key. They have never offered me anything for free, and not even a sorry and explanation for why it has taken 1 1/2 years (lie #5). I took the spare tire and rim to a shop and they called and said the tire doesn't fit! I called your parts department and they said they would have the tire on Friday 12/17/21 (lie#6). I got there in the afternoon on Friday and no tire and it would be 1 1/2 weeks before they would have it!!! Your parts department has had since August 22, 2020 to get it right and I still have to spare tire! Those are the facts, your parts department boys are SHADY note takers! More
