I am writing this to say what a great experience we had with Stevenison Hyundai in Longmont. From the moment drove into the car lot, Johny our sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He with Stevenison Hyundai in Longmont. He gladly ran back and forth for keys for test drives and answers to any questions we had. Once our decisons was made, our time with the sales manager and finance was just as easy. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. And they genuinely wanted to make sure we were truly happy with the whole deal. While waiting for loss ends to be finished, Johny personally took me around and introduced me to the service dept. So I would see the face behind the names. I have never had this happen at any other car dealer. Why Johny even synced my phone to the blue tooth in the car and made sure I knew how everything worked on the inside of the car. Obviously everyone is here to sell a car, but I felt then and still do feel that my satisfaction was far more important than just selling a car. More

The only negative about our experience was that there was some lack of communication amongst management and a different sales rep regarding the pricing of a vehicle we wee originally interested in. In the end, this did not affect our decision, but was one of those things that we hope Stevinson will be able to "fix". All in all, we found it agood place to do business. More

The back and forth negotiating was minimal and relatively low pressure. I was very pleased with the final agreement reached with the sales staff. After reaching a deal I was comfortable with in terms of down payment and monthly financing, the only down side to the experience was having to sit through a long session with finance trying to get me to agree to a series of extras such as extended warranty, extra protection, upgrades, etc. Otherwise I would have rated the overall experience as Great rather than just Good.
