After searching many dealerships, I just stopped by Stevinson only to look. Rick listened to what I wanted and showed me several cars. I thought I would have to wait a week or more for the color scheme I wanted to come in and then Jim said he found it - it was already in. I went in just to look and drove home with a new car. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Stevinson to anyone who doesn't want the hassle that most car dealerships put them through! More

The Hyundai sells itself so it came down to a decision between dealerships. Doug really impressed us with product knowledge, pride in Hyundai and his desire to help in any way without conveying sales pressure. On our fourth visit to Stevinson Hyundai, we brought our trade-in for appraisal with plans to discuss prices for the first time. We felt somewhat awkward because Doug wasn’t there. Jaime greeted us and offered to get us everything we were searching for. This was camaraderie between salespersons we’ve never before experienced. Jaime took care of us as if he were our only salesperson, continuing to provide product information and answers without pressure. We had no intention of purchasing that evening, expecting significant differences in trade-in value and new car sales price. We simply wanted some figures to start negotiating. Jim provided us a fair offer for our trade-in, in a straightforward breakdown that clearly depicted a separation of figures between our trade-in and the new car purchase price. We knew our price point from doing our homework and Jim’s asking price was very close. Since our price-point was so close, we counter-offered. With minimal negotiation, we struck a deal that we were happy with. The paperwork transactions with Rudy were well organized and he provided us with a brief overview of additional products/services to consider but felt no pressure to purchase. We’re very happy with this dealership and the teamwork from the gentlemen that contributed to our purchase! It was very evident that customer consideration is a high priority at Stevinson Hyundai. Terrible customer service. Would not call me back when they promised, said they were "too busy" dealing with other customers to work on my deal. Lied about a vehicle not being available when it was available.I waitied all day to hear about financing when I gave my information the day before and they guaranteed they would submit first thing the next morning, turns out they never even submitted it to banks because they were too busy. When asked, they would not give me a phone number for the GM to voice my displeasure and hung up on me. More

He accompanied us on several test-drives, never showing impatience with our indecision. Jaime worked hard to make sure that we got the best financing possible. We were very pleased and impressed with his professionalism, his friendly personality and his willingness to help us during this stressful time. More

Philip was very accommodating and open to allow me to review several cars at the Hyundai dealership over 2 or 3 weekends. He contacted me a couple of times to see where I was in the purchase process without being annoying or pushy. After going to several Honda, Toyota, Buick, and Volkswagen dealerships and test driving 7 different models, I returned to Stevinson Hyundai to purchase a new Sonata. Their final price was excellent, they are easy and honest to work with. More

On Monday morning, my husband did the legwork (checked car, drove it) while I was at work. Then he went with me in the evening to sign papers. total time spent: approx 3 hrs---UNBELIEVABLE! Jaime Rosa, our salesguy, was friendly, knowlegeable, patient, thorough. Our finance guy, Rudy, was cheerful,chatty, precise, nice.
