We enjoyed dealing with Al, he was very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable on the products. We were looking at smaller hatchbacks, primarily the Veloster and Elantra GT, in competition with the Mazda 3 somewhat knowledgeable on the products. We were looking at smaller hatchbacks, primarily the Veloster and Elantra GT, in competition with the Mazda 3, Subaru Imprezza, and Prius. We chose the Elantra GT because it seemed like the best value and was a comfortable car, more so than the Mazda 3 and was better on fuel economy than the Subaru. Have absolutely no issues with the car or the initial sales process. However, when it came time to finalize the deal is where the experience fell apart. The normal dealership routine of the salesman getting the basic numbers, in this case a final sales price of 21,600, what are we putting down, etc, etc. So after a wait came back and said the amount financed would be 18,400 and at 2.9% the payments would be $399. Now, simple math shows that is around 10.5% and not 2.9%. Whether that was a simple mistake or a deliberate effort to mislead I don't know, but it was insulting and I feel an effort to mislead us. That was the first item in the process that Stevinson lost all trust on my part. After coming to terms with honest numbers that actually worked, the next part of the process is to be handed over to the sales manager or finance guy. This is where Stevinson has guaranteed not to have my business in the future. The first was 3 attempts to get us to buy an extended warranty to bump the entire vehicle to 10/100 instead of the 5/60. First it started at $2800, then dropped to $2100, and finally $1200. Really? Why not just start with $1200 instead of giving the impression that you're trying to mislead and rip people off? Finally after firmly saying no for the third time, he quit pushing the extended warranty. Thinking we were done, he then flips the sheet of paper over to discuss some ancillary services, like glass protection, clear bra, paint and fabric treatments, theft prevention, etc. All of which I'd be interested in normally. But, for a deluxe clear bra offering at $795, and paint and fabric treatments at $595, I don't think so. So after initally saying no, the price drops to $400 for the clear bra and $300 for the paint and fabric treatment. Once again, trying to mislead and take advantage of people and rip them off. That pretty much blew any trust I have with Stevinson and I will never do business with them again if this is the way all their dealerships are run. More
ibought an Nissan frontier and there where a few things they had to take care off , i brought mine truck and they fixed the problem , but after i few days the problem came back i did yalk with Dwayne ( i c they had to take care off , i brought mine truck and they fixed the problem , but after i few days the problem came back i did yalk with Dwayne ( i cant whithout a car because of work ) so we did set up a date on a sturday , they had to order an part they had replaced , ( nissan warranty) so i did need a car and Dwayne did set me up whit a rental car for a few days on monday they called me my truck was ready , Dwayne and Fred thank you so much if i could rate you a 10 i would , mine first time experience with Stevenson is GREAT rudy from financing did all he could for me to get mine truck , i had a reasonbable trade in foer mine exterra aswell . thank you guys for helping and doing somuch for your customers . you all have a blessed christmass with your family . We shopped two other Hyundai Dealerships in the Metro Area and walked out because of the "High Pressure" tactics presented during our visit. When I called Stevinson Hyundai, they gave me all the information I wanted right over the phone. This is why we drove the 37 miles to Longmont to buy our first 2012 Sonata in February. Then, in September, I went back and bought a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. Both from Jaime Rosa. Jaime made the entire experience, (From star to finish) a joy. All questions were answered, all concerns were taken care of both "before and after" both sales. Not being very experienced with all this new "bluetooth, Ipod, etc." I have been on the phone with Jaime several times asking questions. Jaime has always been there for us when we've made stupid mistakes using the "New Toys" both our vehicles have to offer. He answeres every question right away or will find the answer and get back to us. We have found Jaime to be a personn of integrity and will continue to tell others that if you really want to be treated like a person and not be "Hammered" into buying a new or used vehicle, GO SEE JAIME at Stevinson Hyundai in Longmont, CO. I was very favorably impressed with Stevenson Hyundai of Longmont when I stopped by without an appointment and their Service representative, Fred Bustillos, was able to help me quickly and courteously. Although my newly purchased hyundai was purchased at another dealer in Denver just a few months ago, I've decided from now on to bring my car in for servicing here instead because of the overall impression I was given by Fred on behalf of Stevenson Hyundai. He listened carefully to my concern over the warning lights that appeared on the dash while I was driving. Although he didn't think it was mechanically threatening, he arranged to quickly have it diagnosed to rule that out, and to assure me that there was no problem - which there was not. He did all this in a friendly and helpful manner taking the time to explain what had probably been going on and, in addition, giving me some very useful information. All this was done at no charge - which I very much appreciated, as it seems we are charged for every little thing these days. Thank you! More

I asked for an internet rate and Jaime called immediately and asked for what we want specifically in a car and called back a few minutes later with an amazing deal that was too good to pass up. We had just started looking for a new car. This was our second stop, and not inteding to purchase that day. Philipe was not pushy but answered all questions and concerns. Phillip was friendly and knowledgeable about his inventory. I had some specific needs that I had to have in a vehicle and that was where Phillip made the difference. Additionally, Jim gave me a very good deal on my trade in which made the deal happen. Also, Rudy was professional and knowledgeable. Jaime, however, understood my financial situation and tried to find the car that would fit my budget. For having such a low budget, I was extremely picky. The car I wanted was rare, but he kept looking through the state and country's inventory week after week and updated me with what he found. I am one who is very suspicious of people let alone cars salesmen. I feel cars salesmen are devious and you must treat purchasing cars very cautiously. The first time I spoke with Jaime I came into the conversation with the same attitude, I quickly came to realize that Jaime falls out of the stereotypical salesman category and I would definitely recommend him for anyone wanting their 'perfect' car. If you do decide to business with him, you'll see that he's an honest man and he'll put in lots of effort to find the car you want. More
