I started my "new to me" car search approximately one month ago, with very specific and high expectations. During the search process, I was in contact with no less than 30 sales representatives at 20+ dealerships. Time and time again, I was sorely disappointed for a variety of reasons which caused me to walk away from a potential deal. And, along came Jaime (pronounced Jamie). He treated me with a great amount of respect during our initial conversations, truly listening to each of my proposals/questions before providing a thoughtful and carefully considered answer. He truly took me seriously, and treated me that way. It was because of these initial conversations (and our tentative deal on a purchase price as well as my trade-in), that I made a trek (2 hrs each way) to make my vehicle (used Toyota Corolla) purchase with Jaime at Stevinson Hyundai. Upon arrival, I was further impressed. I was fully prepared for any and all stereotypical dealer tactics. Truly, it would have been in their best interests to offer me $100 or $200 less than discussed for my trade in, hedging their bets that I wouldn't walk away over that small of a sum when I had traveled such a distance. BUT, nothing!!!! The transaction was smooth and entirely as previously (but tentatively) agreed upon. Up close and in person, Jaime was forthright/genuine/honest/pleasant. I truly can't say enough positive things about him. Hyundai has never been a a car brand I considered purchasing. And, this purchase made was actually of a used Toyota Corolla. BUT, my experience with Jaime and this dealership was so satisfying and pleasant, that the brand has now jumped to the top of the list for me. Honestly, next time I'm on the hunt for a vehicle, Hyundai starts off with a considerable lead above the competition, just so that I can do business with Jaime and Stevinson Hyundai again. More

Upon arrival, it became clear that the car was mislabeled in their system and was priced well below their cost (as I can confirm on Edmunds). Stevinson brought to light their mistake, stated it was their fault and without any battling, gave us the same price they quoted and we walked out with a brand new company vehicle as planned. It is easy to give good reviews to anyone when everything goes perfectly well, which is what all would prefer, however, it says much more about the code of ethics and character when things do not go perfectly well and how someone handles it. Stevinson handled it professionally, courteously and honestly. This says more about a dealership than anything else, they are honest, true to their word and of high integrity. Without a doubt, I have full confidence in the dedication of Stevinson Hyundai to their customers before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Stevinson to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
