She answered all our questions to our satisfaction and took time to carefully explain all the "horns and whistles" of the vehicle. I am very happy with my overall experience at Stevinson Longmont and would highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they are in need of some updating in the showroom. Sales team, Chris & Phil, was encouraging, but not high pressure. Feel like the numbers work for both sides of the deal. Had some service done, clear mask applied, Pierce went out of his way to get this scheduled for me. Ordered a second row floor mat that Justin took care of. Stevinson's sold me my very, first new car, in 1971. In 1992 we purchased a new, Toyota Corolla from Stevinson's. The car now had 200,000 miles on it. It has served us well for 23 years. Now I would like a "cheap" car to scoot around with. Based on research, reading the stats etc. I liked the looks of the Hyundai and the smaller cheaper models seemed to fit me. Jim Rosen called me and gave me all the information I requested. He told me he could put me in it for $15,000. I was ready to buy. All I had to do was a trial drive. I ran into some scheduling problems. Finally I made it in for the trial drive. Jim had Chris Tracey show me the cars. I had found the Veloster on-line at the last minute, and was interested. Jim was ahead of me and had already planned to show it to me. Chris had me sit in each vehicle to see how I liked it, how comfortable I was etc. I really liked that technique! Of course, I was most comfortable in the Veloster, I felt at home, totally relaxed. I was so intent on keeping the price cheap and could have lived with that model, but why ? Chris's method helped me make the best choice. Chris was also very thorough in orienting me to the Veloster. He showed me how to work things and then had me do them. Also, suggested reading the smaller how-to book on the Veloster, first and than going on to larger book, I followed his instructions and things are going quite well. I am now about halfway through the largest manual. I will continue to read and practice the different settings, but I also plan to take Chris up on his generous offer and get some help setting the radio. I am sure there are other things too, I just haven't identified them yet. Jim Rosa contacted me and sent me information and I was making plans to look and drive a couple of them. I planned to do everything immediately, but my schedule hit snags. I appreciate the fact that he left it up to me to contact him and set up a time to look at the cars and drive them. I was not pressured. Thank you for that courtesy. When I came in I originally planned on a smaller model. However, I stumbled on to the Veloster when I was on-line. So, I asked Jim about adding that to the list also. He had already planned to show it to me, based on our telephone conversations. I finally made it in to look at the different models and drive the cars. Jim introduced me to Chris Tracey. Chris, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough when showing me the vehicle and explaining how to operate everything. More

Friendly! I went to get a used car. I happened to meet Jim Rosa. He was a great guy told me up front costs and gave it straight. Across the way I say my old dea I went to get a used car. If you'd like to get a new car or nice used go here they don't play, super nice and just, sure it's there job to sell, but they care in the end. More
