After we got the new car, he spent many time on explaining the usage of those new features of the car, walked us to the services department and introduced us of maintenance info in great detail. There was upcoming bad weather and had child very close to admission to hospital, so we were considering waiting a week to go get the vehicle, and I was made to feel that it might be an inconvenience for them to hold the vehicle even though it was a sure thing buying the vehicle. Was disappointed that vehicles weren't sold with a full tank of gas. Different states offer different incentives and our dealerships full up gas for you. Finance was a pretty easy and pretty typical with all the extended warrenties you can purchase. Was slightly nervous leaving dealership without knowing which bank took loan and not sure if that is typical or not, this being my first real vehicle purchase. Dealership didn't have keyless door code and was told to go to my local ford dealership. I found on the internet how to find the door code and change it so I saved myself at least $100. Overall, the experience was good and would recommend Chris Tracey. Some of my concerns Chris has no control over and that is the way of an automotive dealership. All in all, I love the vehicle I purchased and everyone was pleasant to speak to on the phone and in person. We received a great deal on the vehicle which is why I was willing to travel 350 miles in bad weather, sick kid and a very, very long day of driving and sitting! More

I love Hyundai because the cars are stylish, and for the price, you are getting all the bells and whistles not to mention the great warranty! When I have had to bring my vehicles in for service, I receive great service and this last time they gave me a loaner car as they needed to keep mine for a few days to diagnose the issue. More
