Stayed late Saturday evening (well beyond closing hour) to complete the paperwork and ensure that everything would be ready for our pick-up of the new car early on Monday. On Monday, Jim and Doug took more than an hour to carefully walk us through everything on the car and to get the blue link system up and running for us. More

Got everything I wanted I sent several car dealers an online quote request for lease and purchase information on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and Jim Rosa was the only one who respo I sent several car dealers an online quote request for lease and purchase information on a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and Jim Rosa was the only one who responded with EXACTLY what I asked for. We went in to do a test drive and decided right then to lease the Tucson because of the service that we received. They gave us a fair trade-in on my old car and the payments were right on what we were originally quoted. GREAT experience! More
