Dear Morgan Family, Your son has received the spare tire kit and key fobs he paid for and he would like a refund for the keys. The spare tire was our goodwill offer for your experience (it is not included in the spare tire kit). Unfortunately, the spare tire has been backordered (we apologize the first one we gave you was the wrong size). We would like to offer a refund of $101 ($15.83 for the keys and $85 which is the retail price of the spare tire). If you would like to take advantage of our offer, please contact Justin Cain at 303-651-2623 and a check made payable to your son will be mailed or can be picked up from the parts department. Jennifer, You were not forthcoming with the information you provided to us in our attempt to find you an auto loan. On four occasions you promised to provide the documentation the bank required. Once it was clear you were not going to provide documentation to verify the information you put down on your credit application, we asked you to return the car because you were not approved for the loan. We refunded your entire deposit except for a detail fee since you smoked in the car and it would need to be fully re-detailed. You were in agreement with this.
