Update - With in a few hours of my post and me sending the GM an email, I received a response from the GM and the Serve Center Manger contacted me the next day. I feel as though they have taken my complaints seriously and they are fixing the issues I had. Thank you Scott and Brian for reaching out and hearing me out.
