Their reservation system didn't have the coupon deal recorded after making the reservation through FB. They were going to charge me $10 extra but I had a reminder email from them showing the deal I sig recorded after making the reservation through FB. The service was finished but the service desk was slow to process the paperwork - I had to go ask if my car was ready after I saw it sitting outside for approximately 30 minutes. Apparently their customers time isn't important to them. Too bad because they have a beautiful facility. More

Pleased with the dealership somewhat. Finance Manger was only somewhat helpful. We left confused but it was late and thought I’d check tomorrow. Our salesman was respectful, very willing to help and helpful but I noticed the two salesmen on the floor had to keep running back and forth many many times to his office. It took a great amount of time several times. We almost got up and left. Arian in Sales is really the only reason we will go back and try the Service Dept and that it is the closest to us. More

On April 26, 2025 my car was towed to Hyundai for issues with a melted spark plug wire. I received a call from Brandon the next day saying they were taking a look at it. A part had to be ordered, so I knew with a melted spark plug wire. I received a call from Brandon the next day saying they were taking a look at it. A part had to be ordered, so I knew it would be a couple days before we heard anything, but I didn’t. We called and decided to show up at the shop, after having a hard time getting info about my car. Brandon told us that the mechanic kept getting pulled off our vehicle to work on others. I didn’t understand this so we asked to speak to Brian the Service Manager. He assured us it was being worked on. The next day we were told that my wiring harness had been chewed by a rodent and that we needed a new harness. They would order it and it would be a 10 hour job. By this time they had given us a loaner car and Brandon told me to turn it into insurance. We did, insurance agreed to pay and I thought the job would be done. No, insurance had put down a wrong part number. I told Brandon to order the OEM part and get the work done, I would deal with insurance. He wouldn’t order the part and kept telling me that we would not be able to send the harness back if insurance didn’t pay. They already paid me and I had already approved the harness, this is now May 15. On the 21st I begged Brandon to order the part and get the job done. The next day he said that the part was ordered and then I heard nothing! May 30, more excuses as to why it wasn’t done. Brandon told me that they were off on Monday but hoped to have my car done on Tuesday, but I did not need to call them, he would call me. I waited until Thursday, now we are in June and was told it would be done the next day. We picked the car up and it was filthy. My back seat was covered in grease, hand prints on my ceiling, front seat damaged and damage to my passenger door. I was irate! We took the car and noticed the next day I had no AC. They forgot to plug it in. I took it to another shop to get it fixed. We now notice that my passenger window gets stuck down. We called about the AC, but Brandon said we would just have to make an appointment. The repairs cost around $9000 and we were given back a car that was a mess. I am very disappointed in the service we have received. Enough so, I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible service! Oh, Brandon gave us $100 off for troubles. More
