From Joe in service who called us the next morning after my vehicle was towed to the dealership saying that the work would begin on Monday morning. Joe called again on Monday afternoon saying my vehicle was ready for pickup and factory recalls had also been done. When I picked my vehicle up today (Thursday), Joe welcomed me, brought the car to me, and introduced me to Kevin Kramer in sales since I wanted a Colorado vehicle to avoid driving here from Texas. Kevin was excellent in showing us what was available in used cars and he thanked us multiple times for coming to the dealership.
