We purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Erik Strickland and we were very happy with the vehicle and the sales experience at Stevinson. We found the used vehicle we were interested in on line at Stevinson. I called to check if the vehicle was still there and the dealership hours and was connected to Jim. When we arrived Jim had the vehicle out front ready for us to look at and test drive. Jim was very honest about what he didn't know about the vehicle, since it wasn't a Chevy, yet offered to find out any detail we wanted to know, and never did we feel pressured, hurried, or that stereotypical "used car salesman" everyone has encountered. As we decided this was the one for us and progressed with the purchase past the closing of the dealership. Jim got us the deal we felt was fair for the net dollars of our trade in and the new purchase as well as a good interest rate. All done efficiently and quickly due to the late hour all without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Several of the Stevinson team members had to stay past closing to complete the process. Never once did we feel rushed or any frustration from the team members about staying so late. As a matter of fact every single person we delt with Thanked Us for our business. So when you hear it so many times from your sales man to the finanace guy to the manager who completes the final paper work you know it is their way of doing business.
