had two horrible experiences since this spring. They replaced a the radiator. then 4 weeks later the cooling line from the radiator to the transmission popped off. Appointments were overbooked so wait time was longer than expected. I was told the oil change special price didn’t apply to me and that I would have to pay for an additional 2 quarts of oil. The past 2 times my vehicle has been there were nightmares. The first of the awful services was due to an electrical issue they couldn't resolve after having it for 2 weeks and had no communication nightmares. The second time was a week after I got it back, and it died on me 2 hours away. I opened the hood to find that they never finished putting everything back, like all the covers including the fuse box. Sal admitted to his team checking fuses. They said they would make it right, but ended up charging me for a new fuse box cover. After getting it back (again) they still left some covers off under the hood. This is completely unprofessional and not what I expected from a dealership. More
