My experience dealing with this dealership during the purchase of a pre-owned Maserati was pretty negative. This was an easy cash deal with the car leaving the state and a buyer who is very experienced i purchase of a pre-owned Maserati was pretty negative. This was an easy cash deal with the car leaving the state and a buyer who is very experienced in purchasing cars remotely. Communication, in general, was very poor. My salesman, Justin Cornwell, while being semi-friendly, could not get things done fast or properly with his manager, who appeared to be a problematic person and who did not want to work with me and Justin to get to a number I had in mind, much likely trying to avoid a cash deal. To move things forward, I ended up agreeing to the deal and left a deposit. I then reached out to George Popajohn (the GM) and Ray Calhoun (the sales manager), and neither of them returned my emails, which was really unprofessional. Ultimately, during the time we went back and forth, and as I was working with Justin to finalize a couple of things, the car was sold to some other buyer while they held my deposit! That was, to me, super-unprofessional since no one informed me as to what was going on and my deposit was meant as a way to secure the car. My deposit was finally refunded days later after I pursued the matter multiple times. Overall, I am giving the dealership a generous 2 stars because Justin was nice, but otherwise, this is a 1-star operation based on this experience. More
